Farm Design Essentials Weekend - 11/12 July 2026

On the farm design weekend we will think about how to integrate all that we want in our projects and how to go about planning and implementing what we will need.

Working through questions:

10 years of developing a smallholding

Without the permaculture design skills there's no way I would have come up with a well organised, integrated plan for my farm.

When we do land & Fram design we have to think of many layers of systems - like the guilds around our fruit trees, or the people around the project that help us. We are operating on many levels all at once. Learning how to design our farm or small holding is vital to counter the potential overwhelm.

How will we earn revenue?

Developing our site is also about revenue and interacting with our local and other communities. This is all part of the plan.
