Growing, Cooking, Preserving, Sharing
I grow to cook, and I cook to preserve, so food can be enjoyed well beyond the harvest. On the farm I’ve planted a diverse orchard and fruit system, with a deep love for capturing and celebrating different flavours in as many ways as possible. Eating here is about seasonality, abundance, and making the most of what the land offers.
I run a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) project, with several ways to get involved.

You can find me at the farmers’ market at Waterworks Yard, Hastings, every other week, selling fresh produce, preserved foods, and cooked dishes — all carrying the flavours of the farm. The market is also the best place to meet me if you’d like to talk about courses, camping, or farm life.
Market runs every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month.March: 14th & 28th

Throughout the year I host food events on the farm, including pop-up cafés and supper clubs. These usually include a summer supper club in August, a pop-up café as part of Edible Open Gardens, and several pop-ups in September during apple harvest. This includes an annual Apple Day, with a grand tasting of over 20 apple varieties and a table full of apple-inspired dishes.

There’s also a seasonal apple box, available for around six weeks with local delivery, and Christmas hampers filled with preserved and artisan-made foods — perfect for sharing, gifting, or bringing something special to the festive table.
Our Seasonal Shop
Our events run at the farm during the Summer months. Apple harvest is in September, with apple boxes being available for approximately 6 weeks thereafter for local delivery.
