Within a 5 mile radius of Hastings (contact me directly for further afield). During a consultation I would visit your project space and cast my horticultural and permaculture eye over it to see what initially comes up, in order to make it a success.

I normally run through a set of questions that can prompt your holistic thinking and we can have a wider chat about what you are wanting to achieve. We can identify plants and discuss how to look after them too, especially helpful if you are new to gardening.


Consultations further a field, price to be agreed. Generally speaking beyond about 30 miles I would prefer to work remotely, though this depends on the project. Contact me directly for out of local area consultations.

Consultations are an initial 'ideas' meeting and might form the start of a design, it does not include a design! A consultation is useful at the beginning of a project or if you have become stuck and would appreciate some direction and different ideas.
